Jin Lei congratulated Deyang Municipal People's government and CDNU on signing a successful contract to build Deyang campus of CDNU, and delivered a warm speech based on the four word motto of “love, truth, devotion and action” of CDNU. He said, “Love” is the love for education, respect for people and love for students. This is the original heart and mission of Deyang Municipal People's government and Chengdu Normal University. “Truth” is the sincerity of the cooperation between the two sides. Finally, the key to sincerity lies in action. Deyang Municipal People's government is most sincere to provide high-quality living environment and high-quality public service for all kinds of talents who are devoted to the development of Deyang and who are willing to put roots in Deyang. The party and government leaders of CDNU have visited Deyang for many times, communicated and negotiated cooperation matters, and the two sides sincerely treat each other and have a good relationship with each other. They have in-depth exchanges in joint education and talent training. They agree that the campus will be located in Tianfu valley, the most promising and dynamic district in Deyang. The establishment of Deyang campus of CDNU is a major achievement of both sides in seizing the opportunity of joint development of Chengdu City and Deyang City. It is a strategic move for the transformation and development of the University. It will not only improve the development space of the university, but also help Deyang realize the "zero breakthrough" in building normal universities, which in turn will provide strong support for the aim of Deyang of constructing a strong education city. As long as we firmly sick to the goal of education modernization, we can make Deyang campus of CDNU a model of cooperation between the University and the local government. Deyang Municipal People’s Government will stick to the One Hundred Year Plan of China, adhere to the principles of "Local Government Constructing, University educating, Local Government and University working together, and Realizing Win-win", and work for the high standards in planning, design, construction, and building of the Deyang campus of CDNU. Speech by Wang Wanmin, Party Secretary of CDNU

In his speech, Wang Wanmin congratulated Deyang Municipal People's government and CDNU on the successful signing of the contract to build Deyang campus of CDNU, and expressed his heartfelt thanks to Deyang Municipal Party committee, municipal government and all walks of life that have supported the development of the CDNU for a long time. Luo Wenquan and Du Wei signed the agreement on the joint construction of Deyang campus by Deyang Municipal People's government and Chengdu Normal University. According to the agreement, Deyang campus of Chengdu Normal University is constructed in accordance with the mode of "government constructing, university running". The planned construction land of the campus is nearly 1000 mu, which will start construction before the end of the year, and will be completed and put into use in 2023.
