On the morning of October 21, 2020，an evaluation meeting was held to review the construction plan of Sichuan International Education Development Research Center of Chengdu Normal University.

Liu Dong, President of Sichuan Education Society, is the leader of the evaluation expert group. The following members of the expert group and staff attended the meeting: Professor Lei Li, vice dean of the School of International Education of Sichuan University, Professor Zhu Shengli, vice dean of the School of Educational Sciences of Sichuan Normal University, Professor Deng longan, director of the Scientific Research and Discipline Construction Department of Chengdu Normal University (CDNU), and Professor Tang Ankui, Dean of School of Education of CDNU. Chen Yuping, Director of international Exchange and Cooperation Department and Dean of School of International Education of CDNU, Lai Guoyi, associate professor of Marxism college of CDNU, and Han Mengting, staff of International Exchange and Cooperation Department of CDNU.  

At the meeting, director Chen Yuping, the head of the center, reported to the experts the background, purpose and significance of the establishment of the center, and gave a detailed introduction of the direction and content of the center's research, the completed research work, and the research team.

After listening to the report, the experts fully evaluated the construction plan and put forward very valuable suggestions on the position of the research center, its research direction, and the feasibility of the construction plan.
