国际教育学院疫情防控期间在线教学工作方案

   根据学校《成都师范学院2020年春季学期疫情防控期间教学工作的安排》（院教字〔2020〕10号）文件要求，为切实做好国际教育学院留学生线上教学准备，确保线上教学按时开课，特制定本方案：

一、开课时间
     国际教育学院通过在线教学方式按照原教学日历推迟一周，即3 月2 日开始本学期（第1 周）线上教学工作。
二、教学安排
（一）学历生教学安排
      2019级学历生按原有教学计划进行网络学习。以班为单位，任课教师与学生组建微信群授课平台，提前将课件、教案、研讨题目、习题、作业等各类资源上传至微信群，采用线上学习、组织线上讨论、完成在线作业和考核等方式开展教学活动，教师线上对学生进行学习指导、研讨和考核。鼓励任课教师采用录屏、手机录制等方式向学生提供自建视频课程资源。做到学生自主学习和教师在线指导相结合。往届学历生根据所在二级学院要求，进行线上选课和学习。
（二）语言生教学安排
      引进优质在线开放课程，有针对性的组织在线学习。引进superchinese app和hskonline app两个学习软件，根据学生的汉语水平和学习目标推荐学习内容，任课教师根据学生的学习情况做好在线辅导。根据原有教学安排向学生提供课件等相关教学辅助资料。
三、教学要求
（一）教学工作
1.按要求完成线上教学平台操作的培训和学习。
2.究制定本课程的教学进度表和提交网络课程开课信息。
3.根据境外学生在线学习的时间差，制定在线辅导时间表，对无法线上学习的学生要做实、做细学生个性化帮扶与指导。
4.根据在线教可能出现的学习效果不理想等情况，做好应对准备。
5.提前做好2020年3月2日至3月29日 （即2019-2020学年春季学期第1 周至第4 周）线上开课的各项准备工作，切实保证线上教学按时开课。
（二）班级工作
1.掌握留学生的分布和在线学习条件等情况。结合学校的教学时间安排，根据时差和网络情况明确境外学生在线学习的学习时间，严格考勤，及时反馈。
2.建立班级教学微信群，加强在线教学管理。
3.通过电话、网络等各种方式与学生保持联络，指导学生安排好网络学习。
（三）教务工作
1.审核任课教师的在线教学进度表并汇总备查。
2.综合分析任课教师的开课信息和在线教学效果反馈，推动国际教育学院在线教学不断优化。
3.做好网络教的学巡查与督导，做到教师、学生、网络平台等关键节点全覆盖，确保国际教育学院教学工作按时按质开展。

Online Teaching Programmefor the Period of the Epidemic of COVID-19 Control of School of International Education

According to the Chengdu Normal University 2020 Spring SemesterTeaching Arrangements for Epidemic Prevention and Control, in order toeffectively do a good job of international students online teachingpreparation, to ensure that online teaching starts on time, it is speciallyformulated the following program:

1. The start time

The School ofInternational Education defers one week of online teaching in accordance withthe original teaching calendar. It will begin on March 2 (1^st week).

2. Teachingarrangements

(1) Teachingarrangements for diploma students

Students in grade2019 will be instructed according to the original teaching plan via Internet.To the class as a unit, teachers and students will set up WeChat group teachingplatform. Lesson plans, seminar topics, exercises, homework and other resourceswill be uploaded to WeChat Group. The teaching activities will be carried by theuse of online learning, organization of online discussions, online homework andassessment and other ways. Teachers will guide students, discuss and assesswith them. Teachers are encouraged to provide students with self-built videocourse resources by means of video recording and cell phone recording toachieve the combination of students' independent learning and teacher's onlineguidance.

Previous diplomastudents should follow the requirements of the their schools to finish onlineselection of courses and learning.

(2) Languagestudents teaching arrangements

High quality online open courses will be introduced. Online learning will be well organized.The introduction of Applications Super Chineseand HSK Online offer recommendedlearning content according to the student's Chinese level and learningobjectives. Teachers should to do a good online tutoring according to thestudent's learning situation. According to the original teaching arrangements teachershave to provide related materials for learning.

3. Teachingrequirements

(1) Teaching work

a. Complete thetraining and learning of online teaching platform operation as required.

b. To develop theteaching schedule of designed courses and submit the information on the startof the online course.

c. According tothe time difference of overseas students' online learning, develop an onlinetutoring schedule. Design practical and detailed plan for students and helpstudents who can't learn online.

d. Prepare to dealwith the situation that the learning effect of the online teaching may be notideal.

e. Makepreparations in advance for the online start from March 2 to March 29, 2020(i.e. the first to fourth week of the spring semester 2019-2020) and ensurethat online teaching starts on time.

(2) Class work

a. Master thedistribution of international students and online learning conditions. Consideringthe teaching schedule of the university, the time difference and networksituation, properly arrange the study time of overseas students onlinelearning, strict the attendance, and feedback timely.

b. Establish WeChatgroup of class teaching and strengthen online teaching management.

c. Keep in touchwith students by telephone, network and other means to guide students toarrange online learning.

(3) Teaching work

a. Review theonline teaching schedule of the teacher and summarize it for reference.

b. Comprehensivelyanalyze the teacher's instruction information and online teaching effect. Continuouslyoptimize the online teaching quality.

c. Do a good jobof network teaching inspection and supervision for teachers, students, networkplatforms. Ensure that the teaching work will be finished on time and with goodquality.
