一、学校概况

    成都师范学院是四川省省属本科师范学院，是教育部教师队伍建设示范项目单位、四川省综合改革整体转型试点高校。学校前身系1955年创办的四川省教育行政学校，历经四川省教育干部进修学院（1964年）、四川省教育学院（1978年）、四川教育学院（1984年）等发展阶段。2012年3月，经教育部批准，改制为全日制普通本科院校,更名为成都师范学院。

学校全面贯彻党的教育方针，坚持社会主义办学方向，坚持和加强党的全面领导,坚持全面从严治党，落实立德树人根本任务。学校遵循学生成长、成才、成师的规律，弘扬“爱、真、笃、为”的校训，践行“让学生在成都师范学院这段生活成为人生有价值的旅程”的教育理念，构建以学生为中心的人才培养体系。65年来，学校由师而立，因师而兴，依师而强，以师为荣，充分发挥教师教育的办学优势，建设师德养成、师能培育、师知传承的教师教育核心基地，探索师德养成与人才培养过程的有机融合，促进教师职前培养与职后培训有机融合，推动信息技术与教育教学有机融合。学校主动服务四川经济社会发展的需求，初步形成了引领四川基础教育发展和服务区域经济社会发展需要的办学体系。

坚持教学中心地位，教学质量稳步提升。学校设有15个二级学院，现有普通本科专业35个，涵盖了教育学、文学、理学、工学、艺术学、经济学、法学、管理学、历史学、农学10个学科门类。目前，有在校生16000余人。2012年以来，学校建有国家级一流专业1个、省级一流专业10个、省级专业综合改革试点专业2个、省级应用型示范专业4个、省级卓越师范培养计划改革试点专业项目3个、省级教学示范中心3个；建有教师教育国家级精品资源共享课1门、国家级精品在线开放课程2门、国家级一流课程1门、省级精品在线开放课程7门、省级创新创业教育示范课程7门、省级应用型示范课程11门、省级“课程思政”示范课程3门、省级一流课程5门；教育部产学合作协同育人项目、四川省教学改革项目等省部级教改项目108项；近两届省政府教学成果奖14项，其中一等奖4项。2018年获国家级教学成果奖二等奖2项。

师资队伍结构趋于合理，高水平教师不断涌现。学校现有教职工976人，其中博士146人、正高职称105人。有特聘教授、中科院院士1人，享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家4人，教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划人选1人，“天府万人计划”天府文化领军人才1人，四川省突出贡献专家3人，四川省学术和技术带头人及后备人选18人，四川省教学名师2人，荣获全国模范教师、优秀教育工作者和四川省五一劳动奖章、师德标兵、优秀教师和优秀教育工作者、高校“十佳”青年教师等荣誉称号获得者共14人。

科研工作成效显著，科研实力逐步增强。学校是四川省心理学会、四川省陶行知研究会、四川省经济发展战略研究会3个省级学会的依托单位，建有四川省心理与行为科学普及基地、四川省基础教育研究中心、四川STEAM科创教育科普基地等省部级研究机构3个，建有四川中小学教师专业发展研究中心、四川中小学教师师德研究中心、四川省教育信息化应用与发展研究中心、四川0-3岁儿童早期发展与教育研究中心、四川少年儿童组织与思想意识教育研究中心、成都融入双循环发展新格局研究中心、四川融入双循环新发展格局研究中心、四川劳动教育研究中心、四川中小学安全教育与管理研究中心、四川国际教育发展研究中心等11个市厅级研究中心，建有室内空间布局优化与安全保障实验室、特色园艺生物资源开发与利用实验室、功能分子结构优化与应用实验室等省高校重点实验室3个。有四川省社会科学高水平研究团队1个，厅级科研创新团队7个。2012年以来，教师承担国家社会科学基金和自然科学基金项目20余项，省（部）级项目180余项。公开发表论文3800余篇，出版著作(含教材）240多部；获得发明专利授权、实用新型专利、软件著作权、外观设计专利等680余项。获得省部级科研成果奖20余项，被国家和省级政府部门采纳咨询报告20余份。

 

深化校地合作，服务社会能力不断增强。学校强化产教融合，推进产学研用结合，通过提供决策咨询、科技服务、合作办学、培训服务、文化服务、科学普及等，主动服务四川经济社会发展。先后与成都、自贡、德阳、攀枝花等30多个市州区县建立校地合作关系，为区域经济社会发展提供人才支撑、科技贡献和智力支持；发挥金博宝188,金博宝188app：教师教育优势，服务基础教育成效显著，与温江、德阳等共建有成都师范学院附属实验学校、成都师范学院德阳高级中学；与中国联通、新华文轩、锐捷网络、四川百川科技有限公司等众多企业合作，共建研究与应用平台，紧密服务行业产业；发挥教师培训的传统优势，积极开展各类专项培训。2012年以来，承担教育部国培示范性项目、国培中西部及幼师项目、省级培训项目、委托培训项目超过300项，项目县超过55个，培训班超过2000个，培训人数近9万人。牵头成立“四川智慧教育联盟”，积极服务和推进基础教育信息化建设，联盟成员学校已达300余所。

推进国际交流合作，对外办学初显成效。学校积极拓展国际交流与合作渠道，扩大合作区域和范围，提高合作层次，先后与美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、捷克、意大利、韩国、马来西亚、港台等国家及地区高校（机构）开展交流与合作，累计培养留学生300余人。通过留学生教育、海外留学、合作办学、国际交换生以及海外带薪实习等多种形式，在教育国际化和国际交流合作等方面迈出了新的步伐，并开创学校留学生培养的先河。目前，学校来华留学生124名。近三年，共有140余名本科生参加校际交流、联合培养、双学位项目等出国（境）学习交流活动。

办学条件逐步改善，达到国家规定标准。学校现有温江校区、人民南路校区、白果林校区3个校区，占地面积1100余亩，校本部在温江校区。校园建筑面积32万余平方米。教学、科研仪器设备资产12843.38万元。图书馆馆藏图书总量245.08万册，其中纸质图书171.07万册，电子图书74.01万册。电子数据库24个，试用电子数据库21个。数字资源总量约为17TB。学校建有万兆骨干校园网络。

学校面向全国13个省（自治区、直辖市）招生，在四川的本科调档线居于省内同类学校前列。学校毕业生就业率连续三年均保持在90%以上。

学校历经65年教师教育办学历程，风雨兼程服务四川基础教育发展，薪火相传铸就四川基础教育辉煌。毕业生中涌现出一批在基础教育、企业和党政机关工作的知名人士。其中，有全国优秀教师、全国模范教师、全国教育系统先进工作者60余人，市、州、县教育部门负责人150余人，中职和中小学校长1100余人，高级、特级教师等名优教师1万余人。回望历史，学校虽几经更名，但教师教育的中心地位稳固坚定，扎根巴蜀大地、根植基础教育、服务区域经济社会发展，这是成都师范学院的历史使命和价值追求。

 

二、招生类别

（一）进修生：汉语语言学习，学习期限可为6个月、一年、二年。学校每年3月份和9月份开学；

（二）本科生：专业学习学制四年，每年9月份开学。

招生专业：计算机科学与技术、贸易经济。

三、申请条件

基本条件：所有申请者须为年满18周岁，持有效外国护照的非中国籍公民，身体健康，品行良好，无犯罪记录，愿意遵守中国政府的法律和学校的规章制度，尊重中国人民的风俗习惯，身体健康。

（一）进修生：须具有高中及以上（相当于中学六年级文化水平）文化程度；

（二）本科生：具有高中及以上（相当于中学六年级文化水平）文化程度。申请以汉语为专业教学语言的学科，申请人汉语水平考试（HSK）成绩不低于4级，考试成绩不低于180分。申请以英语为专业教学语言的学科，申请人须提供雅思成绩或托福成绩，最低分数要求为IELTS 5.5分或TOEFL 80分。英语为母语的申请人可不提供英语能力证书。

 I.   Introduction of Chengdu Normal University

Chengdu Normal University (CDNU) is a provincial undergraduate Normal University in Sichuan Province. It is a teacher cultivation model university of Education and a pilot University of comprehensive reform in Sichuan Province. The predecessor of the university is Sichuan Education Administration University founded in 1955. It has gone through the development stages of Sichuan Education Cadre Training College (1964), Sichuan Education College (1978) and Sichuan Education College (1984). In March 2012, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, it was restructured into a full-time regular undergraduate university and renamed Chengdu Normal University.

CDNU fully implements the education policy of CPC, adheres to the socialist direction of running a university, adheres to and strengthens the party's overall leadership, adheres to the strict management of the CPC in an all-round way, and implements the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people. The university follows the law of student growth, talent development and teacher cultivation, promotes the motto of "Love, Truth, Devotion and Action", practices the educational concept of "Let students' life in Chengdu Normal University become a valuable journey of life", and constructs a student-centered talent training system. The university has 15 secondary colleges and 35 general undergraduate majors, covering 10 disciplines, namely education, literature, science, engineering, art, economics, law, management, history and agriculture. At present, there are more than 16000 students. The structure of teaching staff has been improved constantly, and the high-level teachers continue to emerge. The school has 976 teaching staff, including 146 doctors and 105 professors with senior professional titles. There are 1 academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences serving as specially appointed professor, 4 experts enjoying special government subsidies of the State Council, 1 candidate of the Ministry of education's new century talents support program, 1 Tianfu culture leader of the Tianfu ten thousand talents program, 3 experts who has made outstanding contributions to Sichuan Province, 18 academic and technical leaders and reserve candidates in Sichuan Province, and 2 outstanding teachers of Sichuan Province. Remarkable achievements have been made in scientific research and the strength of scientific research has been gradually enhanced. CDNU serves as the base for 3 provincial societies: Sichuan Psychological Society, Sichuan Tao Xingzhi Research Association, and Sichuan Economic Development Strategy Research Association. It has three provincial and ministerial research institutions, including Sichuan Psychological and Behavioral Science Popularization Base, Sichuan Basic Education Research Center, Sichuan Steam Science and technology innovation education popular science base, and Sichuan Primary and secondary school teachers' Professional Development Research Center, Sichuan Science and technology innovation education popular science base Sichuan Primary and secondary school teachers' Ethics Research Center, Sichuan Education Informatization Application and Development Research Center, Sichuan 0-3 years Old Children's Early Development and Education Research Center, Sichuan Children's Organization and Ideological Education Research Center, Chengdu Integrated into the New pattern of Dual cycle Development Research Center, Sichuan Labor Education Research Center. There are 1 high-level research team of Social Sciences in Sichuan Province and 7 department level scientific research and innovation teams. Since 2012, teachers have undertaken more than 20 NSFC and NSFC projects, and more than 180 provincial (ministerial) level projects. More than 3800 papers and more than 240 books (including textbooks) have been published; More than 680 invention patents, utility model patents, software copyrights and design patents have been obtained. Teaching staff have won more than 20 provincial and ministerial scientific research achievement awards, and more than 20 consultation reports have been adopted by national and provincial government departments.

CDNU has deepened the cooperation between the university and the local government, and constantly enhanced the ability to serve the society. The university strengthens the integration of production and education, promotes the combination of production, teaching, research and application, and actively serves the economic and social development of Sichuan by providing decision-making consultation, scientific and technological services, cooperative school running, training services, cultural services, and scientific popularization. It has established collaboration relations with more than 30 cities, autonomous regions and counties, including Chengdu, Zigong, Deyang and Panzhihua, to provide talent support, scientific and technological contribution and intellectual support for regional economic and social development; CDNU has made remarkable achievements in serving basic education by giving full play to our advantages in teacher education. CDNU actively expands international exchange and cooperation channels, expands cooperation areas and scope, and improves cooperation level. It has carried out exchanges and cooperation with universities (Institutions) in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Czech Republic, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and has cultivated more than 300 international students. Through various forms such as international student education, overseas study, cooperation in running schools, international exchange students and overseas paid internship, new steps have been taken in the internationalization of education and international exchange and cooperation, and a precedent has been created in the cultivation of international students. At present, the university has 124 international students in China. The conditions for running schools have been gradually improved to meet the standards prescribed by the state. The school has three campuses, namely Wenjiang campus, Renmin South Road Campus and Baiguolin Campus, covering an area of more than 1100 mu. The school headquarter is located in Wenjiang campus. The campus covers an area of more than 320000 square meters. The assets of teaching and scientific research instruments and equipment are 128, 433, 800 yuan. The total number of books in the library is 2450800, including 17107 million paper books and 7401 electronic books. There are 24 electronic databases and 21 trial electronic databases. The total number of digital resources is about 17tb. The school has a backbone campus network of ten thousand megabytes.

The university enrolls students from 13 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) in China, and ranks in the forefront of similar universities in Sichuan. The employment rate of school graduates has remained above 90% for three consecutive years.

After 65 years of teacher education, the school has served the development of Sichuan's basic education through wind and rain, and created a brilliant future for Sichuan's basic education. Among the graduates, a number of well-known people who work in basic education, enterprises and party and government organs have emerged. Among them, there are more than 60 excellent teachers, national model teachers and advanced workers in the national education system, more than 150 persons in charge of municipal, state and county education departments, more than 1100 principals of secondary vocational schools and primary and secondary schools, and over 10000 famous and excellent teachers such as senior and special grade teachers. Looking back on history, although the school has changed its name several times, the central position of teacher education is stable and firm. II．Enrollment Type

1. Non-Degree Chinese Language Program：Students can learn Chinese for six months, one year, or two years at CDNU. New semester starts in March and September each year.

2. Bachelor Degree Programs: Bachelor Degree programs last for four years, and every new academic year starts in September. The following majors are open for international enrollment: Computer Science and Technology, Trade and Economics.

III. Application Requirement

Basic Requirement: All applicants must be over 18 years old and hold valid foreign passports. They must be in good health, behave properly, and have no criminal record. Applicants should be willing to abide by the laws of People’s Republic of China, the rules and regulations of CDNU, and respect the customs and habits of Chinese people.

1. Non-Degree Chinese Language Program: Applicants must hold a high school or above education qualification (equivalent to the sixth grade of secondary school level) .

2. Bachelor Degree Programs: Applicants must hold a high school or above education qualification (equivalent to the sixth grade of middle school level). Applicants applying for Chinese-taught majors must have HSK4 certificate, with a score above 180. Applicants applying for English-taught majors must have IELTS or TOEFL scores, with an IELTS score above 5.5 or a TOEFL score above 80. Applicants whose native language is English do not have to provide English language certificate.

IV. Application Time

1. Non-Degree Chinese Language Program: Please submit application for Autumn Semester before May the 30th; submit application for Spring Semester before November the 30th.

2. Bachelor Degree Programs: Please submit application before May the 30th every year.
