Recently, the Sichuan Provincial People's Government announced Teaching Achievement Awards in the three fields of basic education, vocational education and higher education, including 60 special awards, 260 first prizes and 680 second prizes of teaching achievement awards. In 2021,CDNU hasobtained 25 awards, covering all three fields, including 2 special prizes, 8 first prizes and 15 second prizes. The total number of awards and the number of special and first prizes rank at the front amongall provinciallevelcolleges and universities inSichuan.

Teaching Achievement Award is the highest award in the field of teaching in China. It is an award established by the state to encourage educators to engage in educational and teaching research and improve teaching quality. It is held once every four years. In recent years,CDNU has beenattained National Quality Projects, National First-class Majors, National First-class courses, as well as 273 national and provincial level Teaching Reform Projects,laying a solid foundationfor further improving teaching quality.In future, the university will closely focus on the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people, and continuously improve the quality of talent cultivation andschool running.
