In February 2021, the general office of the Ministry of Education announced the list of national and provincial first-class undergraduate major construction sites in 2020, and the computer science and technology major of CDNU was approved as the national first-class undergraduate major construction site. This is another major development opportunity for this major since it was established as a provincial application-oriented demonstration major and a provincial first-class undergraduate major. The School of computer science will take this opportunity to comprehensively and deeply promote the level of major construction, boost the connotative development of this major, and continuously improve the quality and competitiveness of talent development.
