On the afternnon of March 30, at the invitation of our university’s Teacher’s Professional Development Research and Training Center, the Vice President (academic), Professor Li Zijian gave us an special report titled “Hong Kong Curriculum and School Reform”. This report, belonging to the series of teacher professional development, was sponsored by Teacher’s Professional Development Research and Training Center, and co-organized by the Department of Education and the Department of Elementary Education. It was held in the Academic Lecture Hall. This report was presided by the President of our university, Professor Liu Cunxu. Almost 300 teachers and students listened to this report.

In the report, according to the characteristics of listeners, Professor Li Zijian explained the profound theories and implementation of Hong Kong curriculum and school reform in simple terms, and he introduced the new trend of international curriculum and school reform. Professor Li Zijian has fully interacted with the teachers and students, so that the atmosphere was very lively. In the end, President Liu Cunxu did a warm concluding remarks.
